Track and report on electrical events, and performance of electrical generation, transmission, and distribution systems.

Maintenance Mechanic II, Puerto Rico

Perform minor and major repairs, preventive maintenance to all utilities equipment under minimum supervision of the Maintenance and Utilities Facilitator and/or Maintenance Leader. Perform equipment installation and equipment performance analysis. Perform repairs and equipment modifications in the electrical, mechanical, electronic and pneumatic systems of all utilities equipments. Will recommend improvement ideas for the optimization of the mentioned equipments. Assure all department work is done in compliance with internal and FDA regulations and that all design changes are on all relevant maintenance SOP’s. Maintain QA compliance by adhering to cGMP practices and policies. Provide shift coverage as required, either continuously or on an ad hoc basis, to support production operations.

Senior Accountant, Puerto Rico

Prepares and/or coordinates general ledger entries. Verify all accounts distribution in detail. Maintains and correct BPCS J/E’S. Prepares a monthly basis reconciliation of affiliates. (WW-15) Prepares payments of technical services fee, dividends, statutory dues, Corporate Income Tax, Property Tax, Sales Tax, and Workmen Compensation. Reliability Consultant, Puerto Rico

 This project will involve:Improving equipment reliability through revised preventive maintenance proceduresReviewing and revising spare parts listsTraining maintenance personnel with regard to revised proceduresUpdating the maintenance management system regarding equipment records, bills of material and preventive maintenance task lists Conducting failure modes and effect analysis on selected equipment based on equipment performance trend analysis  Qualified candidates will have maintenance experience with manufacturing/packaging equipment, the pharmaceutical industry, and food and beverage equipment.  Knowledge of FMEA and PdM would also be necessary.  Experience with the SAP CMMS system and fluency in Spanish is considered a plus.   FDA exposure is also considered a plus.  Although we are initially looking for independent contractors, this opportunity could lead to fulltime employment for the right candidates.    Education requirements:  Degreed engineer (ME, EE, Industrial) preferred; good work experience may substitute. We are looking for the right candidates to begin this contract in mid-November 2006 and the project is expected to last 3-6 months.
