Pastry Chef, Bermuda

Personnel needed for a busy catering company operating 24 hours/7 days weekly. Operation includes lunch trade, buffet dinners, cocktail parties, sit down dinners, weddings etc. Must be willing to work in the kitchen mis-en-place for daily menu booking and making orders ready. Role sometimes requires Chefs to deliver, set-up and cook for clients on site, then breakdown and return to office. Higher rate of pay is offered during these functions. This is a hands-on position.
