Executive Housekeeper, Turks & Caicos

We are looking to recruit Executive Head Housekeeper. Main duties for the position will be:

* Work with all department heads to achieve and improve a service standard acceptable to the General Manager.

* Ensure all legal requirements of the environmental agencies are never compromised and comply fully with all inspectors.

* Keep current knowledge of industry trends and innovations in order to maintain a fresh approach to the product.

* Produce an annual budget in conjunction with the Financial Controller.

* Produce financial reports for the Financial Controller, Hotel Manager and General Manager with financial reports as requested.

* Work with the Financial Controller to ensure you are aware of costs of at all times, whilst maintaining a Parrot Cay standards.

* Work with the engineering department to achieve planned and project maintenance with minimum disruption to the hotel operation.

Accountant, Bermuda

A recognized 4-year Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent along with 5 years accounting experience, including 2-4 years in a Hotel Accounting environment is required. Experience on a Property Management system such as Fidelio, Springer-Miller or RDP is preferred and experience on Great Plains Accounting would be an asset.

Minimum 5+ years experience as a Sommelier with an upscale, luxury,
