• Candidates should have an excellent track record in the hotel industry with preference to a mix of quality stand-alone restaurant operations preferably to the standard of five star rating.
• They should show excellent career path movement and participated in appropriate training and development courses. Experience is similar locations is desired
• Experience in side Europe very desirable and preferably Caribbean or Indian Ocean
• Experience matching food and wine would be a great asset as well.
