Group financial Controller/Business Manager, Cayman

Responsibilities and Duties include:-
As Group Financial Controller
Establish and maintain reporting and accounting procedures for the various hold and operating companies in Bermuda and elsewhere.
Direct and supervise the group’s accounting principles, practices and procedures for the maintenance of its fiscal records and the preparation of its financial reports both internal and external.
Direct general and property accounting, cost accounting, and budgetary control.
Appraise operating results in terms of costs, budgets, operating policies, trends and increased profit opportunities through extensive management reporting.
Manage the audit process as well as all interface with the various regulatory agencies.
Perform executive level duties involving a complex financial and managerial accounting and budgeting system.
Supervise accountants and/or support individuals that he or she will hire.
