Executive Pastry Chef, Bahamas

This position requires:

(1) Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

(2) Knowledgeable in basic computer programs, excel, microsoft work

(3) Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience as Pastry Chef or Assistant Pastry Chef in a multi-volume food operation with large banquet business.

(4) Experience in sugar and chocolate work, pastillage showpieces and must be capable of preparing dessert, plated and buffet presentations.

(5) Must possess a culinary degree from an accredited institution.

OTHER:

WORK PERMIT – Will be arranged for successful non-bahamian candidate.

BONUS – Discretionary based on performance appraisal and the financial performance of the hotel.

ACCOMMODATION – Subject to limitation, to be discuss upon interview.
