Executive Pastry Chef, Bermuda

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef. A hands-on approach in the work place will be essential along with the ability to manage a team of staff in the Pastry kitchen.
Caribbean, resort and Luxury, 5 Star hotels, Michelin Star restaurant experience would be a plus.

Education and qualifications required:
* Formal culinary training
* Creative – Fine dining
* European/North American training
* Team leadership
* Stable, high-end Hotel career progression
* Single status only
