Front Desk Manager, Bermuda

The Front Desk Manager will perform and be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:

Manage the Front office operation in the absence of the Front Office Manager

Provide supervision, training, direction and leadership to Front Office staff
Oversee an efficient registration and departure process while ensuring guests are given quality service and staff function both efficiently and effectively
Assist the Front Office Manager in the development and implementation of Front Office procedure.
