Resident Manager, Turks and Caicos

Candidates we seek will posess the following:

Four years or more experience in managing a Front Desk/Rooms Division in a Four Star or Five Star property, with a track record of high guest satisfaction scores.

Island experience within the past two years, and a desire to live and work in an island environment.

Experience with revenue management.

Experience in managing a diverse multi-cultural workforce.

A clear understanding of effective training and reinforcement training to assure guest satisfaction and consistant service levels.

A willingness to work side by side with staff, to lead by example. A true hands on management style is a must in this environment.

A level of engagement with guests that enables on-going relationships to be built, to increase return visits and to handle challenges with a sense of urgency.
