Wine Steward/Waiter, Bermuda

We require a pleasant and professional individual with a minimum of three (3) years proven experience in a four or five star resort or restaurant. The candidate must possess a minimum of one (1) year as a Wine Steward, overseeing a primary wine cellar of the establishment. The successful candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the global wine industry. The individual chosen will be responsible for the purchasing, inventory and upkeep of the main wine cellar. They will also be instrumental in the planning and development of property tasting and staff education.
