Executive Sous Chef, Aruba

The successful star will possess a minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Sous Chef.

A hands-on approach in the work place will be essential along with the ability to manage a team of 50.

Caribbean, Hotel Resort and/or International experience will also be beneficial as well as experience with large,banquet,convention buffets and a la’carte menus.

Languages: Fluent in Dutch, (working knowledge of Spanish / Portuguese is an asset.)
