Chef De Partie/Pastry Chef, Bermuda

 – Must have a minimum of five years experience in a busy kitchen as a Cook/Chef De Partie;
– must have proven experience as a pastry chef and can produce fresh desserts and baked goods for the restaurant;
– must have excellent presentation skills;
– must be a team player;
– must be able to remain calm and organized under pressure;
– fluently speak and write the English language;
– must be honest & willing to work for a minimum of at least one year;
– ensures that all food stations remain stocked before and during the meal period;
– must be able to successfully work in all areas of the kitchen, especially on the line and in the preparation of food area;
– must have experience in all restaurant areas;
– must have commitment to quality food & presentation;
– must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen environment;
– must have an understanding of health and sanitation standards;
– All employees are (by Bermuda law) under a 3 month probationary period from their starting date.
– A work permit will be provided from the employer for arriving applicants entering Bermuda for work purposes.
