Accounting Manager, St. Kitts

General Responsibilities:

*      Policy and Procedure Development and Implementation

*      Annual Operating and Homeowner Assessment Budget Preparation

*      Strategic Planning, Resource Estimation and Forecasting

*      Inventory Control and Management

*      Capital Asset and Reserve Management

*      Month and Year-End Financial Reporting and Reconciliation

*      Daily Cash Management, Accounts Payable and Receivable Management, as well as supervision of accounts personnel

*      Special Projects

Qualifications:

*      Five to ten (5-10) years’ management experience in accounting is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or its equivalent is preferred

*      Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required.

*      An eye for detail as well as strong interpersonal communication (oral and written) and organizational skills are necessary

*      Proficiency in MS Excel, as well as experience with standard accounting and inventory control systems is required

*      Cost estimation and modeling experience is a plus

*      Candidate must also be willing to relocate.
