Chefs De Partie Baker, Bermuda

 We are seeking a full time Chef de Partie Baker to join our dedicated kitchen brigade. The successful candidate will report to the Pastry Chef / Pastry Sous Chef or Sous Chef on duty and be capable of maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation as directed by the Supervising Sous Chef.

Candidates must have valid trade papers or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years experience working with all aspects of bread and yeast based baked products with-in a hotel setting. Must be willing to work midnight shifts, split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as required. If you are creative energetic with good interpersonal and communication skills and have the requirements as stated above please apply now.
