We are seeking a full-time Sous Chefs to join our brigade. The successful candidates will report to the Executive Chef and will be capable of operating a restaurant line with as many as 10 employees. In addition the successful candidates must be capable of producing a la carte of the highest international standards of quality and presentation

Candidates must have minimum of 6 years’ experience working in all areas of a hotel kitchen and have strong gardemanger, supervisory and financial management skills with the ability to train and motivate his/her employees. Must hold valid trade papers or equivalent. Candidates must be willing to work split shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
