Our client, a leading IT systems integrator in Bermuda, provides a full range of products and technical services to the unique business community on the island. On behalf of their professional services group, we are seeking a Senior Consultant with a solid understanding of server and storage architecture to join their team in Bermuda.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing hands-on technical expertise and day-to-day support to a diverse storage client base (HP, IBM and EMC SANs)
Working with the Sales team and clients to effectively design SAN solutions to meet business requirements
Implementation of SAN storage and server technologies
Troubleshooting storage and server related errors
Working with other members of the Professional Services practice to deliver strong technical solutions to customers

Key skills and experience required:
Proven experience with IBM DS SANs (including 4300 and 4700)
Experience with X Series Servers and Blades
Experience with Brocade Switches

Experience with the following would be an asset:
IBM Director
HP EVA experience
EMC experience

The successful candidate will be a strong team player who is willing and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Applicants should demonstrate an interest in learning additional technologies which may include HP, VMWare and Veritas.

Candidates should be highly portable and have outside interests that lend themselves to this offshore and idyllic living environment. Relocation assistance and benefits will be offered to the successful candidate.

Compensation will be competitive, commensurate with experience and is nearly completely tax-free (only 4.75% tax)!

Reliability Consultant, Puerto Rico

 This project will involve:Improving equipment reliability through revised preventive maintenance proceduresReviewing and revising spare parts listsTraining maintenance personnel with regard to revised proceduresUpdating the maintenance management system regarding equipment records, bills of material and preventive maintenance task lists Conducting failure modes and effect analysis on selected equipment based on equipment performance trend analysis  Qualified candidates will have maintenance experience with manufacturing/packaging equipment, the pharmaceutical industry, and food and beverage equipment.  Knowledge of FMEA and PdM would also be necessary.  Experience with the SAP CMMS system and fluency in Spanish is considered a plus.   FDA exposure is also considered a plus.  Although we are initially looking for independent contractors, this opportunity could lead to fulltime employment for the right candidates.    Education requirements:  Degreed engineer (ME, EE, Industrial) preferred; good work experience may substitute. We are looking for the right candidates to begin this contract in mid-November 2006 and the project is expected to last 3-6 months.
