Food & Beverage Manager, Caribbean

 As the Food & Beverage Manager you will assume full responsibility for the department whilst reporting straight into the General Manager. Your main focus in the initial stage will be to set up service procedures to five star levels along with identifying suppliers so that the opening gets off to an exceptional start. With this in mind, experience of the Caribbean will be looked upon favourably along with new opening experience of a five star resort property. Excellent knowledge of food & beverage concepts is also a must, as you will have direct involvement in concept work. This is a hands on role and upon opening you will be expected to be very front facing and will require your wit and charm to reflect the quality of your product. A fabulous package reflects this rewarding role.
