Your main focus in the initial stage will be to set up service procedures to five star levels along with identifying suppliers so that the opening gets off to an exceptional start. With this in mind, experience of the Caribbean will be looked upon favourably along with new opening experience of a five star resort property. Excellent knowledge of food & beverage concepts is also a must, as you will have direct involvement in concept work.
