The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Food and Beverage as a Manager, having worked their way up through the F&B department.
With knowledge of wines and butlering, they will help to ensure that the standards of the hotel are maintained.

With a hands on approach, they will be able to mentor their staff and provide the necessary training, that enables the staff to do their tasks effortlessly.
